Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist residents with inquiries and service requests.
• Assist with move-in/move-out processes and lease documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance and staff to address resident concerns and complete work orders.
• Support outreach and marketing activities to attract prospective residents.
• Perform general office duties and maintain accurate records in Payscan, Yardi, and other systems.
