Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Community Life Service Coordinator for a grant-funded, in-office role across PA properties.

The SC will develop and coordinate support services for residents, work with property management, and connect families to housing stability and education/workforce opportunities. You will build partnerships, track outcomes in ETO, conduct home visits, and support lease compliance while fostering a positive community culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health, or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in housing or human services.
• Experience managing grants and coordinating with partners.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting.
• Experience with residents of diverse backgrounds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with local service providers for on-site programs.
• Coordinate housing stability plans and referrals for residents.
• Collaborate with property management and HUB team.
• Conduct home visits and track performance measures.
• Assist in administering community surveys and welcome orientations.
• Maintain accurate records in Efforts to Outcome (ETO).
