Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Resident Specialist to provide superior customer service to residents, guests and team members at the property site. You will show and lease apartments, assist in moving, and support the Maintenance Manager with a variety of tasks.

Five days a week in-office commitment is required. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing applications, pre-qualifying prospects, and ensuring move-in readiness with the Service Management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year customer service experience in property/hospitality/retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and show apartments to prospective residents.
• Process rental applications and pre-qualify prospects.
• Coordinate maintenance service requests and track progress.
• Manage rental payments and contribute to move-ins/move-outs.
• Provide strong resident support and build relationships with tenants.
