Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. in Pinole seeks a Resident Services/Wellness Director (LVN) to lead our clinical team and support resident care within the Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

The role requires an LVN in good standing, CPR/First Aid within 30 days, and experience managing staff in a high-demand environment. Experience in Assisted Living and knowledge of state and federal regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• LVN license in good standing.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Within 30 days of hire be CPR and First Aid certified.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team in the Assisted Living and Memory Care setting.
• Support residents’ care needs in the Assisted Living department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care.
• Hire,train, coach and counsel staff to uphold standards.
