Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support residents in a multi-family community. Responsibilities include answering phones, handling service requests, and guiding new residents through move-in and lease processes.

The role requires strong communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage renewals and coordinate with maintenance. A valid driver's license and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PC basics and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of Yardi and Payscan helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resident interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive, professional demeanor in all interactions; valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible schedule availability including weekends and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease information, community details, and move-in processes.
• Prepare lease documents for residents (pets, allotments, etc.) and ensure paperwork is entered into the system.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints or service issues with appropriate staff coordination.
• Support residents during move-out, including notices to vacate and transfers.
• Manage lease processes, renewals, and provide community/service information to residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule and complete service requests in a timely manner.
