Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative in San Diego, CA to provide top-tier service to prospective and current residents within a multi-family community. You will handle phone inquiries, manage service requests, and guide new residents through the move-in process.

Responsibilities include preparing leases, addressing resident concerns, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting move-out activities.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email/Internet tools.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, management and coworkers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and complete duties.
• Positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, off-hours and emergencies as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease information, community details, and move-in process.
• Prepare lease documents for residents and ensure all paperwork is entered into system.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints or service issues; coordinate with staff to resolve.
• Support residents during move-out, including notices to vacate and transfers.
• Manage lease processes, renewals, and provide community information to residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure service requests are completed timely.
