Liberty Military Housing is hiring a Service Coordinator to manage the move-in/move-out process for a multi-family community. You will handle heavy resident interaction, schedule maintenance, and coordinate vendor work to ensure timely completion while upholding our high service standards.

You will maintain logs, assist with inspections, and promote positive resident relations through proactive communication and responsive follow-up, including 3-day notices when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in residential property management or customer service.
• Experience with vendors or ordering services is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and property software like Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections for move-in/move-out.
• Coordinate vendor services and monitor progress.
• Maintain make-ready boards and assign work.
• Work with maintenance to complete requests timely.
• Communicate charges after move-out inspections.
