Senior Lifestyle in the United States is seeking a friendly team member to assist residents, guests and vendors with daily tasks and safety monitoring. The role includes greeting visitors, answering calls, and processing routine reports while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include package handling, sign-in logs, and supporting other departments with administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Highly proficient computer skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and helpful.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to make independent decisions when appropriate.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity to ensure resident safety.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages and deliveries and deliver or hold as requested.
• Maintain sign-in/out logs for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely responses to resident/family/employee concerns to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and coworkers.
