Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking an individual to provide receptionist and resident-assistance support in our community. This part-time role runs from 4pm to 8pm, with alternating weekends, and pays $17.50 per hour.

Duties include greeting residents, answering calls, monitoring safety systems, processing work orders, and handling packages while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word is expected, along with clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Three (3) months of related experience preferred.
• Clear and effective English communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns.
• Receive and deliver packages, plants, prescriptions, etc.
• Maintain sign in/out log for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Provide timely responses to concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents and coworkers.
