Responsibilities

• Provide general case management, intake, needs assessment, and referrals.
• Develop partnerships with social service agencies and nonprofits to support resident stability.
• Ensure services comply with program plans, funding rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce monthly communications and coordinate resident outreach.
