Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to oversee resident relations, activities, communication, and community outreach. The role works closely with the Community Manager to foster a welcoming environment and represent the community office.

The position requires regular onsite attendance, strong communication, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred or two years in housing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Develop and plan property-related services/programs in collaboration with staff, residents, and other housing agencies.
• Coordinate Monthly newsletters and implement educational programming model for social events.
• Oversee new and existing resident community outreach and community development.
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs (i.e., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.)
• Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff through support and effective leadership.
• Ensure staff compliance and consistency with Company policies and procedures.
