Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to act as the Ambassador to residents, handling administrative tasks and coordinating resident requests. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of service industry or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop relationships quickly.
• Operate office technology including phones, scanners, copiers, and printers.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to change.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform office administrative functions.
• Coordinate resident requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Work with the maintenance team to resolve service requests.
• Input information into computer systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Arrange and plan various resident events and community classes.
• Assist in planning and executing resident engagement functions.
• Follow Bridge policies and procedures and comply with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws.
• Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisor of any safety hazards.
• Complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
