Job summary

The Resident Services Coordinator will oversee all aspects of resident relations, communications, and community outreach, and will collaborate closely with the Community Manager to maintain a thriving on-site community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations Management
• Regular onsite attendance is required
• Develop and plan property-related services/programs in collaboration with staff, residents, and other housing agencies
• Coordinate monthly newsletters and educational programming for social events
• Oversee resident outreach and community development
• Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction
• Develop and implement resident retention programs (functions, promotions, newsletters)
• Assist Community Manager in screening, hiring, training, coaching and developing on-site staff
• Assist Community Manager in ensuring staff effectiveness through training, coaching, and compliance with Asset training benchmarks
• Promote harmony and quality performance through support and leadership
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures
