Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervising staff.
• Experience with individuals with complex needs, including behavioral health or housing instability.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and community partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct case management and care coordination with housing retention focus.
• Support residents in accessing healthcare, behavioral health, employment, and benefits.
• Develop and coordinate on-site programs, groups, and activities.
• Supervise staff and oversee onsite contracted employees.
• Coordinate services with property management and community providers.
• Document services and resident contacts per grant requirements.
• Track program data and support reporting for funded programs.
• Monitor program expenses and resident assistance funds.
• Maintain open communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with community engagement and awareness activities.
