Job summary

Greystar is seeking a resident services coordinator in Santa Cruz, CA, to support residents with service requests, accounting questions, and rental issues while coordinating various resident-related functions to boost retention.

You will handle communications, organize events, manage roommate matching, and ensure the leasing office and show area are prepared daily, contributing to a welcoming community environment.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions concerning rent and fee payments; resolves resident concerns in a timely manner.
• Performs callbacks on service requests within 24 hours.
• Creates newsletters, surveys, lease violation letters and other communications for residents.
• Manages roommate matching and waitlist leases as needed.
• Coordinates resident events such as parties, welcome events, and unit visits.
• Maintains leasing office readiness and oversees curb appeal and vacancy status.
