Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resident functions and activities, orienting residents to the property and assisting with utility setup and package delivery.
• Develops and publishes property newsletters with events, resident services, and advertisements.
• Handles resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and solution follow-up.
• Prepares incident reports related to resident issues per company standards.
• Schedules activity center or clubhouse rentals and manages related contracts and fees.
• Ensures guest suites are rental-ready and provides amenities like movie rentals, books, and games.
• Processes work orders for maintenance and confirms resident satisfaction with work performed.
• Prepares weekly maintenance reports to verify completion of resident requests.
• Inspects buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and flags items needing repair.
