LyvWell Apartments in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and rent growth through excellent customer service and effective sales techniques. You will manage leads, schedule tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

You will collaborate with the onsite team, stay informed on market rates, and ensure move-in readiness. A high-energy, detail-focused professional with strong communication is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required.
• 1–2 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Must adhere to Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, guiding them through the leasing process.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours to generate new leases and showcase community amenities.
• Manage leads, tours, applications, screenings, and move-in paperwork using the CRM and leasing software.
