Zusammenfassung

The Community Builders, Inc. in Boston is seeking a Resident Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests, show and lease apartments, assist in moving processes, and support the Maintenance Manager with property tasks.

You will handle applications, pre-qualify prospects, coordinate maintenance, manage rent payments, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant community with LIHTC/Section 8 familiarity preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in property/hospitality/retail.
• Experience using Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus.

• Provide superior customer service to residents, guests and team members.
• Show apartments and conduct in-person visits; process applications.
• Initiate maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
• Greet prospective tenants and follow leasing procedures.
• Manage rental payments and enter data into tracking system.
• Coordinate and maintain office records and invoices.
