Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to influence occupancy and rent growth through superb customer service. You will manage leads in CRM, schedule tours, show apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in, including handling paperwork with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; associate degree preferred in customer service or hospitality.
• Experience in sales/customer service, ideally in property management or hospitality.
• Knowledge of leasing processes and federal/state housing laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Guide prospects through leasing; show apartments and discuss pricing.
• Manage leads in CRM; schedule tours and follow up after visits.
• Process applications, screenings, leases, and move-in procedures per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of apartments, amenities, and local market trends.
• Collaborate with onsite team to exceed occupancy goals and promotions.
• Flex schedule includes evenings and weekends due to weekend activity.
