Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Operations Staff member to greet residents and guests, assist in property operations, and maintain daily logs. You will help manage deliveries, moves, and construction coordination while upholding safety standards and customer service excellence.

Location is West Palm Beach, FL. Pay is $20 per hour with weekend shifts. This full-time role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to respond to emergencies and incidents efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification desirable.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess strong customer service background.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong command of information systems hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations promptly.
• Maintains daily logs, records, and forms accurately.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
• Works shifts that may change based on property needs.
• Check in with Property Manager during storm watch/warning periods.
• Assist Residents, Guests, and Unit Owners courteously.
