Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Operations Staff member for the West Palm Beach, FL property. The role focuses on guest and resident greeting, registration, and assisting in daily property operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalency required.
• FA CPR AED certification desirable.
• 2–3 years of similar position preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service background.
• Multilingual abilities desirable.
• Proficient with information systems hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and effective communication.
• Monitor control and emergency response systems.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Ensure a safe, secure environment throughout the building.
• Assist with receiving, deliveries, and guest management as needed.
