Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Operations Staff member in West Palm Beach, FL. You will greet residents and guests, manage registrations, and support property operations to ensure high service levels.

The role emphasizes safety, incident reporting, and collaboration with the Property Manager and Receiving Department. Weekend shifts, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification preferred (not required).
• Two to three years in a similar role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register residents, guests, and service providers.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms accurately.
• Monitor emergency systems and respond promptly to incidents.
• Ensure safety and security of the building and surroundings.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Receiving Department as needed.
• Assist with moves, deliveries, and construction status checks.
• Provide courteous, helpful service to residents and guests.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and follow safety procedures.
