Job summary

FirstService Residential in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking Operations Staff to ensure top-level service for residents, guests, and service providers. You will greet and register guests, maintain logs, and support property operations, with shifts on weekends and potential emergency duties.

Role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a solid customer service background. CPR/AED certification is desirable; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess strong customer service background.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Strong command of information system hardware/software is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Accurately maintains daily logs, records, and forms.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
• Works shifts that are subject to change based on property needs.
• Be Courteous and respectful to fellow employees, residents, and guests.
• Assist the Receiving Department as needed in keeping deliveries, moves and construction workers orderly.
