Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification desirable.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist residents, guests, and service providers.
• Monitor Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms accurately.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• Assist with receiving, moves, and deliveries and supervise unitOwner construction status.
