Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Operations Staff member in Boca Raton, FL to greet residents and guests, assist in property operations, and maintain logs and safety procedures. The role requires responding to emergencies, coordinating with the Property Manager, and supporting receiving and front desk operations.

The position emphasizes high customer service standards, effective communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR AED certification desirable.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service background and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual abilities desirable.
• Strong command of information systems hardware/software required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and residents; assist in property operations.
• Monitor control systems and emergency response systems.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment around the building.
• Shift schedules may change based on property needs.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and Receiving Department as needed.
• Assist with deliveries, moves, and construction activities following regulations.
