Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer / Machine Maintenance Technician for the Dallas, TX area. The role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and support of Packsize equipment at a key customer location, while managing parts inventory and building strong customer relationships.

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills are essential. You will travel to customer sites, perform preventive maintenance, and complete training courses to ensure high-quality service and customer

Formación

• Experience in parts and inventory management in manufacturing or similar industry.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and tools.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Basic Excel and Word skills; comfortable with Windows.
• Knowledge of general machine operation and mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and support Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Manage parts and inventory within the warehouse; ensure accurate records.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; provide 5-star service.
• Travel to customer sites; communicate status and issues effectively.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with installations.
• Complete required training courses and document work accurately.
