Packsize International is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, maintain, and support equipment at customer sites in the Phoenix area. The role emphasizes proactive service, strong customer relationships, and precise inventory management to ensure minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate will have advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills, proficiency with inventory software, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Experience in parts and inventory management.
• Proficiency with inventory software.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic Excel and Word skills.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Install, maintain, and support Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Manage parts and inventory in the warehouse.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with 5-star service.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
• Train customer personnel on new equipment.

• Travel within geography; overnight travel may be required.
