Job summary

Packsize seeks a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment at customer facilities in Salt Lake City, UT. You will perform start-up testing and train customers on product capabilities and maintenance, ensuring installation quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires troubleshooting using technical drawings, collaborating with R&D, Software, and Quality Engineering teams, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

Customer-focused service mindset and problem-solving ability.
Experience with Windows platforms and basic office tools.
Associates degree or equivalent; bachelor preferred.

Responsibilities

Schedule tasks at a customer site.
Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as they arise.
Install Packsize solutions and train customers to use and maintain them.
Read and respond to emails; prepare and submit expense reports; travel arrangements.
