Job summary

Housing Opportunities, Inc. seeks a Resident Relocation Coordinator to manage daily relocation tasks across multiple sites and work closely with residents to assist with all relocation activities.

You will coordinate with cleaners, moving and pest control vendors, manage data and reports, and serve as a liaison among residents, property managers, and clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in relocation services, social services, or customer service.
• Ability to translate verbally/written if residents require multilingual communication.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines across multiple projects.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and walk stairs as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and databases.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily relocation tasks at multiple sites.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and property management.
• Survey residents to understand relocation needs and preferences.
• Prepare notices and maintain relocation files and tracking reports.
• Provide relocation counseling in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate moves and related tasks with contractors and vendors.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports for clients and team.
• Maintain documentation, photos, and claims handling for damages.
