Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee surveying residents to understand relocation needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors, and management to schedule moves.
• Prepare notices and maintain proof of receipt; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide relocation counseling and assist with changes of address and utilities.
• Create weekly/monthly reports and maintain relocation files and databases.
