Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relocation tasks across multiple sites andvendors.
• Survey residents to assess relocation needs and preferences.
• Inventory tenant belongings and note issues like clutter or infestations.
• Facilitate resident meetings and distribute program notices.
• Provide relocation counseling in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain relocation files, data-tracking reports, and agendas.
• Schedule and supervise moves, liaising with management and residents.
• Prepare weekly/monthly client and team reports.
• Assist with packing supplies and utility disconnections as needed.
• Ensure units meet safety standards before offering as relocations.
