Job summary

You will manage notices, provide relocation counseling, coordinate moves, maintain files and data, and deliver weekly reports to clients and the project team, all while upholding compassionate service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in relocation services, social services, customer service, or similar fields.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform site tasks.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site setup, vendor identification, and relocation files.
• Survey residents to identify relocation needs and preferences.
• Inventory belongings and note large items, infestation, clutter, or hoarding issues.
• Prepare and distribute notices; document resident receipt.
• Provide relocation counseling in line with applicable regulations.
• Maintain relocation files, data-tracking, and regular reports to clients and team.
• Schedule, coordinate and supervise moves with contractors and vendors.
