Job summary

Essex Property Trust in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Community Relations Representative to deliver exceptional resident experiences through in-person and virtual interactions. You will be the primary contact for residents, managing inquiries in the CRM and guiding move-in/move-out processes with professionalism.

The role requires five days on-site, strong customer service, and collaboration with the Community Management Team to meet satisfaction targets across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service and on-site hospitality is desirable.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents and inquiries.
• Manage communications via the CRM system and ensure timely responses.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes, including paperwork and ID checks.
• Represent Essex professionally in person and virtually when needed.
• Support community operations and resident satisfaction targets.
