Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Florida to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

You’ll schedule tours, process lease documents, maintain records, and support property teams with resident relations, payments, and reporting. A high school diploma and sales experience are preferred; proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Leads generation and qualification of prospective residents, tours and lease documentation preparation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity and leasing reports.
• Follow up with all prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
