Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while engaging directly with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.

You will ensure model apartments are tour-ready, assist with resident relations, and maintain accurate records. Strong customer service and Yardi proficiency are required, with a focus on confidentiality and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager or similar system.
• Basic MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare documentation.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and oriented prospective residents.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and follow up with prospects via phone, mail, or email.
• Assist with resident relations and processing work orders as needed.
