Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention and client satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of leasing or sales experience, with strong customer service, interpersonal, and Office skills. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are touring condition and maintain confidential resident files.
• Create and maintain weekly leasing reports and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
