Job summary

Project Access seeks a Community Program Coordinator for Mayfield to design and implement programs enhancing resident life in affordable housing communities. The role links residents with services and drives long-term positive outcomes in our four pillars.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family housing or related social services.
• Experience with after-school programs or youth education settings.
• Experience serving diverse populations and demonstrated cultural competency.
• Proficient with MS Office; Canva, Salesforce, Concur familiarity.
• Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter capable of multi-tasking and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs aligned with the pillars.
• Coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs including homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services.
• Plan and facilitate community-building events and organize monthly outreach.
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendars of events.
• Collect and submit program outcomes data focusing on social impact.
