Job summary

Project Access is seeking a Community Activities & Services Coordinator to design and deliver programs that enhance community life for residents of affordable housing communities. You will link residents with services, drive initiatives, and operate autonomously to achieve long-term social impact within our four pillars.

This role requires strong outreach, event coordination, and volunteer management skills, with emphasis on engagement across diverse populations and a commitment to inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, education, youth programming, multifamily housing or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage residents in a community setting.
• Strong work ethic and initiative in independent roles.
• Experience with youth, families, older adults, and diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs.
• Coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs with homework help and enrichment.
• Deliver resident workshops and group sessions; partner with external providers when available.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to offer services and workshops.
