Spring Gardens Senior Living in Meridian, ID is seeking a Move-in Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing Director in planning move-ins and related activities for the community.

You will manage move-in paperwork, coordinate apartment readiness, and assist with marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals, while maintaining clear communication with the team and representing the community at events.

Formación

• One year of sales or administrative experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage move-in paperwork and maintain files.
• Coordinate refurbishing, cleaning, and inspection of apartments after move-out.
• Communicate daily with Sales & Marketing Director on the status of prospective move-ins.
• Coordinate the move-in process for new residents.
• Ensure paperwork completion, apartment preparation, move scheduling, community support, resident orientation and housewarming party preparation.
• Provide administrative support for the Marketing Department.
• Represent the community at events and in external groups as directed by the Sales & Marketing Director.
• Assist in planning monthly prospect and referral source activities and events.
• Assist with execution of marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals, including tours, calls, inquiries, events, and outreach.
