Job summary

True Connection Communities in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Move-in Coordinator to guide new residents and their families through admissions, move-in logistics, and occupancy readiness. You will conduct tours, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce to support timely moves.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with new Residents and families to finalize admission paperwork.
• Coords move-in/move-out processes, including scheduling, logistics, and move day activities.
• Maintains an active rental inventory list with department leaders to ensure readiness.
• Provides sales support by conducting tours, handling inquiries, and assisting with closings.
• Responds to and manages leads to ensure timely follow-up and continuity of the sales process.
• Moves prospects through the sales process by tours, objection handling, and time-sensitive steps.
• Maintains daily outreach, follow-up, and Salesforce data entry for timely lead management.
• Participates in Power Hours, sales meetings, and other occupancy-driving activities.
