Job summary

Savant Senior Living is seeking an In-House Marketing Coordinator to manage the smooth transition of new residents into the community. You will liaise with prospective residents, families, moving companies, and staff to ensure a seamless move-in process.

You will work closely with the sales team and management, maintain marketing collateral, and support occupancy reporting while using CRM tools and MS Office to organize documentation and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a history of administrative work experience is a perfect substitute.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for community tours.
• Assists with ensuring collateral materials are available for marketing use and maintains a marketing tour book.
• Collects all necessary paperwork required for closing and distributes it to stakeholders.
• Works with the sales team and management to report occupancy, reservations and move-outs.
• Prepares closing documentation and internal communications timely and accurately.
• Coordinates with Operations to ensure show-ready inventory for Marketing Director.
