Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for community tours.
• Assist with marketing collateral, show rooms, and marketing tour books.
• Collect and distribute closing paperwork to stakeholders.
• Report occupancy, reservations and move-outs with the team.
• Prepare closing documentation and internal communications timely.
• Ensure inventory is show-ready with Operations.
• Create and maintain the Resident Directory and new resident files.
• Coordinate introductions to department heads and check in weekly.
