Job summary

Savant Studio Royale in Culver City is seeking an In-House Marketing Coordinator to guide new residents from inquiry to move-in. You will coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure a smooth transition, manage tours, and prepare all necessary paperwork.

You will maintain the resident directory, collaborate with departments, and support marketing initiatives with strong organizational and communication skills. A customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a history of administrative work experience is a perfect substitute.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for community tours.
• Maintain marketing collateral and prepare tour book; collect deposits.
• Collect and distribute closing paperwork to stakeholders.
• Report occupancy, reservations, and upcoming move-outs with the team.
• Prepare and communicate closing documents in a timely manner.
• Ensure inventory is show-ready with Operations and marketing staff.
• Create resident directories and distribute to departments.
• Coordinate introductions to department heads and check in weekly with new residents.
