Savant Senior Living is seeking an In-House Marketing Coordinator responsible for facilitating the smooth transition of new residents into our community. You will serve as the key contact for prospective residents and their families, coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless move-in process.

Your role involves assisting with marketing materials, preparing documentation, and maintaining communication with new residents. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in administrative work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for community tours.
• Assist with marketing materials and ensure show rooms are ready.
• Collect necessary paperwork and distribute it.
• Prepare closing documentation and communication.
• Regularly check in on new residents.
