Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to enhance the resident experience by coordinating move-ins and transitions into the community. You will support the sales team, act as a tour guide, and assist with scheduling and executing the annual marketing plan to drive occupancy.

Under the guidance of the Executive Director, you will ensure high levels of resident satisfaction, greet residents and guests, and coordinate interviews and appointments outside the community when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of marketing experience in senior housing, real estate, banking or related field.
• Experience transitioning seniors to a new living environment preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings for appointments and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee each resident's move into the community.
• Assist with marketing plan planning and implementation.
• Tour and sell the community and apartments.
• Greet residents, guests and vendors in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Support sales team and Executive Director as needed.
