Savant Senior Living in Burbank, CA is seeking an In-House Marketing Coordinator to guide new residents from signup to move-in, coordinating with families, movers, and the sales team.

You will manage tours, prepare paperwork, maintain the resident directory, and ensure marketing collateral and show rooms are ready.

The role emphasizes communication, organization, and teamwork to deliver a smooth transition for residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but a history of administrative work experience is a perfect substitute.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for community tours.
• Assists with ensuring collateral materials are available for marketing use, show rooms are ready to show, develops and maintains a marketing tour book for the community, takes deposits.
• Collects all necessary paperwork required for closing and distributes the paperwork to the necessary stakeholders.
• Works in conjunction with the other team members to ensure accurate reporting of occupancy, reservations and upcoming move-outs.
• Prepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately.
• Works with Operations to ensure available inventory is show ready for Marketing Director.
• Make room and mailbox keys
• Make welcome signs on the doors and name tags for door plaques
• Completely and accurately follow the new move-in checklist
• Prepare all necessary paperwork and build the new resident administrative file
• Create and maintain the Resident Directory
• Coordinate introductions to department heads at the community
• Regularly checks in on the new resident on a weekly basis
