Job summary

Holland Residential LLC is seeking a service- and detail-oriented Sales Associate to lease apartment homes at The Rodney in NW Portland, OR. You will guide prospective residents through tours, applications, and move-in coordination while promoting renewals and high levels of customer service.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws is a plus; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact at the property.
• Lead leasing process from tour to application and move-in coordination.
• Support renewal activities and promote other income opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software.
• Collaborate with sales and maintenance teams to ensure unit readiness and resident satisfaction.
