Job summary

Holland Residential LLC in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a leasing professional to deliver exceptional customer service, lead property tours, and guide applicants through the lease process. You will coordinate move-ins, renewals, and payments while maintaining accurate records in our property management system.

You will work closely with the Sales and Maintenance teams, promote positive online reviews, and ensure compliance with landlord-tenant and Fair Housing laws in a mobile leasing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience required; retail experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of landlord-tenant and Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact at the property and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lease apartment homes per the sales process including tours, applications, and move-ins.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and leasing activity in the management system.
• Collaborate with Sales and Maintenance teams and promote positive online reviews.
• Organize community events and support marketing/outreach activities.
