Job summary

Holland Residential LLC in Seattle seeks a Leasing Agent to deliver an exceptional customer experience at the property and lease apartment homes following the Point of Sale process.

You will manage tours, lead follow-up, applications, leases and move-ins, coordinate with sales and maintenance, collect deposits and rents, document activity in the property management system, and promote positive online reviews while upholding Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; Yardi software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact at the property and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Lease apartment homes following the Point of Sale process including tours, lead follow-up, applications, leases and move-ins.
• Liaise with Residents and management to ensure excellent communication and maintain documentation of interactions.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of lease documents, community information, vacant units, models and common areas.
• Work with Sales Team to increase property income, retention, and renewals; promote renewal opportunities.
• Collect security deposits and rents; document transactions in the property management system.
• Maintain documentation of leasing activity (calls, visits, new/leases) and enter daily in the system.
• Coordinate with Sales and Maintenance teams on unit status and work orders.
• Promote positive online reviews to support reputation management.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
• Monitor the customer journey for accuracy and property cleanliness.
