Job summary

Holland Residential LLC in Seattle's South Lake Union area seeks a Sales Associate to lease apartments, drive renewals and deliver outstanding resident service. You will act as the first contact at the property, follow the sales process, and coordinate applications, tours and move-ins while staying compliant with applicable laws.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or sales, strong communication, and knowledge of lease documents.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a mobile leasing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Yardi preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to understand and explain lease documents.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Independent decision making within set parameters.
• 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes and guide tours, leads, applications and renewals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate move-ins and renewals per policy and laws.
• Communicate with residents, management and maintenance teams.
• Sustain property income and support retention and renewals.
